LT8311EX是一款低成本的高性能USB中繼器，支持通過cat5/5e/6電纜進行信號傳輸擴展，符合USB2.0規范。 延伸長度可達120米以上的CAT6電纜。 它消除了USB2.0規格5米距離的限制。 兩個LT8311EX芯片之間有四條線用于信號傳輸擴展。 內部均衡設置可以通過I2C接口改變不同的擴展長度。

1. General Description

LT8311EX is a low cost high performance USB repeater that supports signal transferring extension over cat5/5e/6 cable, compliant with USB2.0 specification. The extension length can be up to 120 meters over CAT6 cable. It eliminates the 5 meters distance limitation of USB2.0 specification. There are four lines used for signal transferring extension between two LT8311EX chips. Internal equalization settings can be changed through I2C interface for different extension lengths.
